To manage and direct Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Food Safety compliance activities as per regulatory requirements and requirements of more than 50 customers operating at the site for 3rd party co-packing operations. Quality Assurance and Quality Control:Designing and implementation of international Food Safety and Quality Management Systems as per requirements of FSSC-22000 version 4.1, WHO GMP Compliance, NSF International and global QMS requirements of various MNCs operating at the site and to ensure that all the Quality Management System certifications are updated by complying to the latest requirements. Handling of NABL accredited laboratory (Physical, chemical and microbiological) operations adhering to the compliance requirements of IS-17025 including all associated activities like calibration of laboratory equipment.

 Overall responsible to ensure implementation and sustenance of Quality and Food Safety systems and regulatory compliance at the site.  Responsible for applicable legal compliance related to FSSAI and Legal Metrology. Supporting export team for compliance with applicable laws of land of importing countries. To manage smooth lab operations at site.  Responsible for CQ and global quality audits of Mondelez, internal audits, vendor audits and certification quality audits like FSSC 22000, BRC, Halal, Kosher etc. and overseas customer audits. Handling customer complaints and legal cases.

From Sept. 2007 – March 2010Over all responsible for designing the Quality systems and ensuring effective implementation on the retail outlets, ware houses and redistribution centers across the north India. Also responsible for vendor development, providing the Quality and Food Safety training and doing Quality and Food Safety audits.
