Provided executive strategic leadership for the Western Wisconsin Division of HSHS which included Sacred Heart Hospital (344 beds), St. Joseph’s Hospital (102 beds), LE Phillips Treatment Center, 10 clinics, a narrow network insurance product, and a robust multi-specialty provider network. I led a team of leaders and colleagues in creating unique and innovative strategies to expand our geographic footprint, increase lives touched, grow our provider network, enhance the HSHS brand, improve patient experience, strengthen care coordination with other market providers, improve operational efficiency, develop our leaders, and build relationships with elected officials, community leaders, and synergistic organizations.
