• The Office Manager role includes; responsible for the overall day-to-day administrative and organizational operations of office, billing, invoicing, payroll, AR/AP, collections, insurance, hiring and training for the office personal.• Other responsibilities included; request pricing from vendors and provide a formal quote to customers, create purchase orders and invoices, send required shipping documentation for international orders (SLI, NAFTA, Commercial Invoice), collect all certifications for products sold (COC's, MTR's, etc.), prepare data books that document oilfield equipment repairs, keep up with all correspondence with clients and customers.

• The Project Coordinator role involves managing all projects in the office from start to finish. This includes assisting the project managers, scheduling, setting up new projects, job hand offs, submittals, collecting close out documents, purchasing material, change orders, pulling reports, keeping track of jobs, purchasing permits, scheduling inspections, renting equipment, and estimating.• The Office Manager role includes; AIA billing, invoicing, payroll, AR/AP, collections, insurance, lien waivers, hiring and training for the office personal, ordering office supplies, and assisting the president when needed. • Both of these roles also include; all marketing and advertising for the company, creating and designing portfolios, flyers, and trifolds. Managing the social media profiles (LinkedIn & Facebook).
