Provide behavioral management strategies to each individual resident in order to assess and measure progress.Facilitate weekly Clinical Groups for residents on their treatment unit.Build rapport and positive relationships with residents through processing, engaging, and addressing concerns consistently. Work collaboratively with residential manger, therapists, educators, team leaders, team supervisors to provide a safe and secure environment for the residents on the unit.Maintain behavioral charts, attend weekly treatment team meetings to determine resident’s progression and/or regression.Administer medications ordered by Psychiatrist to residents daily

Manage and develop staff working in housekeeping, laundry and Assisted Living, and HealthcareCoordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve objectives in costs, employee retention, resident satisfaction, cleanliness and sanitationProvide coaching and counseling as well as provide performance feedback to ensure maximum efficiencySupervise and inspect the cleaning of the resident apartments, healthcare rooms, public areas and grounds; ensure compliance with accident/safety programsEstablish standard operating procedures and regulations to achieve a high level of cleanliness and resident satisfactionStructure staff assignments for special requests and areas of focus to ensure a smooth flow of the housekeeping operation Assist manager in recommending department budget to ensure end of year financials meet or exceeded organizational goalsEmphasize maintaining budget to housekeeping, floor care technicians and laundry staff Successfully hold all Housekeeping staff accountable for responsibilities that have been assigned via job description and action plansDirected the successful implementation of quality initiatives, and staff training to support the clients’ needsEstablished critical partnerships with high level executives and managersRecommend feasible facility operations as it relates to FTE and financesSet new par levels for linen services for the facilityOrder and control inventory and ensure proper supplies are available while controlling expenses

Educate parents and students in grades 8-12 on the entire college process all across the USA((FL,GA,SC,NC,VA, AL,TX, MD)Address concerns parents and students have regarding completing high school and entering college Introduce families to the Right C3 college planning Model Assist in Discovering the College Planning best suited for the needs of the Family

- Working with K-5 students in a Physical Education format. - Teaching through physical movement the importance of mental and physical agility.- Advancing mathematics and literacy skills during physical movement

Instructional Assistant • Develop the minds of Second Graders currently struggling with Literacy, Phonics, Fluency, Reading and Arithmetic skills• Assist Core Teachers maintain functionality and productivity in the classroom through a number of ways• Implement and practice various programs that would contribute to the success of each students learning style • Enforce Curriculum and Instructional in various grade and classroom size in the absence of the Core Teacher
