After restructuring the development team, we consolidated into one team of software developers with an emphasis in full stack in React/Typescript and Java Spring Boot. I worked mostly in front-end development, however, with very little experience in Java.I led an internal informational campaign to increase our company-wide knowledge of accessible application development and what that means to the people who use our product.

I moved to developing 80% of my time and managed a small team of full-stack developers the other 20% of the time, as we restructured.

I am also the Subject Matter Expert for our Guest Communications for our programs through our Email Blast team.
