Assist the Broker in their respective team by preparing information needed to market new and renewal business, issuing binders, preparing computer generated proposals and quotations, issuing invoices, researching and solving accounting problems, handling agent inquiries, checking policies, processing endorsements, and following up on outstanding information, etc.

Provides timely, efficient, and accurate support to Underwriting with respect to issuing policies; statistical coding; other miscellaneous back-end processes for new, renewal, and endorsement transactions; and miscellaneous clerical responsibilities for office or department.

Initiate, maintain, modify, and summarize a variety of records and statistical reports;Assist the public in person or via telephone; receive and process requests and complaints; answer questions for the public regarding records and information available to the public;Maintain a variety of files and records of a confidential nature; enter data into computer and file case reports;Assist officers and administration with requests for data retrieval as required;Assist Administrative Assistant in duties assigned;Assist Fire Chief with projects related to the department.
