I have over four years of experience in screening and reviewing applicants, actively sourcing top talent, creating and cultivating a positive candidate experience, and developing and forming long-lasting client relationships. I enjoy coordinating and connecting people who share a passion for their work and a vision for their future.Before joining Cooper Connect, I spent eight and a half years at Chick-fil-A, where I learned the value of serving others in the people business. I started as a team member and grew into a leadership role as a hospitality director, where I gained a wealth of knowledge in team building and running a successful business. I also became a certified grand opening trainer and traveled to support new Chick-fil-A locations. My mission is to build relationships that create joy, whether it is with candidates, clients, colleagues, or customers.
