I am a hospitality professional working in hotels resorts and restaurants for last 20 years, I am working as restaurant Manager at Serafina ( An Italian fine dining restaurant) in Kolkata, India for last couple of years . I did my hotel management from NIPS, Kolkata in 2000 - 2003, and I did my Bachelor Degree in commerce with Honours from Calcutta University. I handle the team of 30 staffs, I joined as pre opening team in 2014. We got couple of Best Italian restaurant awards from different platforms. I am very passionate about my work, Service excellence, Menu planning, Menu Engineering and costing, MiS, PNL is my strength.I love to do cycling and bike rides, I ride cross border bicycle to Dhaka from Kolkata and got India Books of record in 2021. I also did a solo cycle ride from Phuket to Bangkok 823 Km in 2022. I did bike ride from Ladakh to Kanyakumari and Kolkata to Gujarat, I have done couple of trekking and rock climbing too.I worked for couple of Pre Opening team, as Supervisor in Park Hyatt, Hyderabad, Assistant Restaurant Manager at Main Land China, Madhapur, Food and Beverage Manager at Palavalli boutique resort, Restaurant Manager at Serafina Kolkata.
