Identification of duplicate records, triaging, initiations of cases in the Global Safety Database (Argus), processing cases (Spontaneous, Post Marketing Study, E2B, MIC, Literature, Social Media, Regulatory Authority, Postauthorisation safety studies), confirming validity of cases and entering sufficient data to support triage.Ensuring accurate and consistent coding of all events entered in the safety database with the use of MedDRA (Medical Dictionary For Regulatory Activities), maintaining the data as per the client specific SOPs and guidelines asapplicable.Doing full data-entry of assigned cases within the agreed service levels (SLAs).Maintaining necessary peer client communications related to case processing and co-ordinating with internal teams to obtain necessary information required for day-to-day operations.Performing Ad-hoc activities such as pulling and allocations of received cases in the team, performing reconciliation for all the received cases, MedDRA coding corrections, conducting training sessions to the new team members incase triaging, mentoring.
