As a relationship manager in the Treasury Department, my primary responsibility revolves around offering hedging solutions to corporates, enabling them to effectively manage their exposure to foreign currencies. Through the strategic utilization of diverse derivative products, I successfully mitigate interest rate risks for these corporates, ultimately reducing their overall borrowing costs. Moreover, I actively collaborate with other verticals within the organization to consistently enhance client satisfaction.

My involvement in branch operations has been extensive, particularly in areas such as customer onboarding, KYC compliance, high-value transactions, clearing, and government business. I have had the opportunity to work across multiple branches in both rural and urban centers of North East India. Within the retail and agri credit sectors, I have contributed to the achievement of annual budgets. Moreover, I have developed strong skills in analyzing financial statements and conducting credit appraisals for enterprises operating in the MSME segment. In my role as a developer, I was involved in the development and optimization of microservices through the utilization of RESTful API. I extensively utilized the spring boot framework and Swagger tool for documentation purposes. Additionally, I was responsible for database designing and indexing using Apache Solr.

During my time as a trainee at WBSETCL, I acquired valuable knowledge about the transmission network of Nadia district of West Bengal. I obtained a comprehensive understanding of load distribution and substation operations. Additionally, I gained practical experience in operating Relays and Switchgears.
