Outsourcing Department • Ensure that all raw material and packaging material release to be used in manufacturing are meeting the defined Quality Standard. • Coordinate and prepare for trial new products in outsource (co-packer) factory to new products.• Train and develop packaging material analysts. • Issue Release Procedure for Outsource factory. • Coordinate with Production and department concerned for RCA and making decision in case of found deviation lots. • Ensure effectiveness of ICP (Internal Control Plan) in raw material and packaging material session. • In-line inspections for 3 outsource factories (Powder mixed, UHT products (Dairy and beverage). • Internal auditor for any Quality management system (yearly). • HACCP team member – Implemented and maintained HACCP. • Implement Quality plan in Outsource factory. QA Department• Coordinate with Production, Packaging Specialist and Purchasing regarding quality problems of raw materials and packaging materials, inform supplier and advise production for taking necessary measures on deviation lots. • In-process inspection and monitoring on dairy UHT products and Condensed milk.• Internal auditor for any quality management standard.• HACCP team member- implemented and maintained.• Ensure that all process conditions are in line and comply with the standard.• Complaint coordinator – Coordinate and investigate with Production and reply to consumer service department.• Implement quality plan for Raw material, Processing and Finished Products.
