Have seen many plans to fail (mainly due to their views did not reach the last person in the line, specifically, I saw my own company sales to fail at Japan Railways, Japan Post, Yodobashi Akiba, Daiwa Securities, Japan Parliament, Epson Factory, Onkyo Factory, Yodobashi Akiba, Canon (HKG) simply due to my own messages were not carried out by my best employees, despite we had solutions better than Microsoft), some to succeed, and hence now wish to assist others, to achieve their dream goals, according to their own potential. When we talk about "innovation", people normally think, innovation is ONLY coming from the top management. However, I found, its very easy to get even the toilet cleaner, to make a member of their innovation team, by replacing normal disinfectant with scented disinfectant, ordering at a quantity to optimise use of clerical work etc. A simple clerk can also become a professional clerk, and contribute to the company growth.
