I began my tenure at Summit Credit Union as a consultant, facilitating the integration and operationalization of a $1B bank acquisition, the largest bank acquisition by a Credit Union in Wisconsin’s history. The role involved coordinating and supporting 6+ cross functional working groups each dedicated to one aspect of the acquisition (from technically migrating accounts between banking Cores to managing the transition of Online Banking, Mobile, and Bill Pay services). The results were a smooth transition to operational integration with no major issues for either internal operations or credit union members. This was the organization's largest and most visible acquisition and represented a significant strategic investment for the organization.

Just months prior to alcohol delivery becoming legalized in Iowa in May of 2021, EatStreet launched the urgent development of an alcohol delivery product. Together we hosted journey mapping workshops, cleared legal/compliance hurdles, established product requirements, trained the entire driver workforce, and developed a go-to-market plan. We successfully brought the capability to market on the day it became legal, making it one of the fastest products to market at EatStreet. When EatStreet began to pivot into micro-fulfillment convenience stores and ghost-kitchens, I led the effort to acquire and implement an Inventory Management System to support the new stores and then lead the development of a new product platform that would provide a white-labeled digital storefront for EatStreet to offer to potential grocery partners.
