Production Associate
Current(*) Responsibility:- Manage operation of bulk production for garments of adidas, lululemon, Under Amore, KUIU,... customers at an unit of 12 lines with 600 workers and directly report to senior manager of production department- Responsible for the effectiveness of bulk production including but not limited seasonal preparation, orders review, risk assessment, bulk materials and machines reviews, change-overs control, quality level, efficiency target, all-stages inspection and delivery on-time manner- Manage the production and collaborate with QMS (Quality Management System) team to assure the standard of 6S, ISO system and customers' manuals and requirements. Participate on preparation and conduction for audit of Buyers and 3rd party on technical, safety and compliance audit- Conduct people development and management with internal training and promotion, manage workers' attendance and retention rate(*) Achievement:- Successfully conducted the project of efficiency improvement to gain 100% EFF for whole workshop and contribute into the success of TPM-OEE project for all auto cutting machines of factory- Successfully keep the high standard and level for quality by producing garments fully qualified for shipments with OQL DR under 1%, accepted AQL, CFIR (Customer Final Inspection Rate) level
