I have started off working at the Royal Bank during my University years until I moved to Edmonton. I then joined TD Waterhouse Discount Brokerage for about a year at the call center and transferred to TD Wealth Management for the last 15 years and work closely with a Senior IA for the last 15 years and now enlarge to a team of five members: two IAs and a Registered Associate and two assistants. My duties related to managing booking calendar, provide efficient client service and sales related activities. Building client relationship through working closely with clients to resolve problems or need of assistance on changes of their status such as (Estate related/ marriage breakdown/work termination pension etc).
