Current- Following sample development: + Checking and preparing materials for sample department.+ Contacting to suppliers to develop some materials.+ Working with sample department to make sure customers can receive samples before deadline.+ Making quotation with best price for customers. - Managing bulk production:+ Working with customers about factory's capacity and controlling production plan of factory to catch required WH date. + Checking BOM and monitoring delivery plan of all materials to ensure all materials arrive on time for bulk production.+ Working with suppliers if there are any problems about quantity or quanlity of their materials and find solution for these problems.+ Checking daily productivity of factory and adjust production plan accordingly.+ Working with 3rd party like Washing, Printing or Embroidery Company about delivery plan, quanlity of their products...+ Updating shipping schedule from agents and Carriers to ensure garments can arrive to customer warehouse on time.+ Coordinating with other departments and customers to solve quanlity issues and production issues.
