* Main responsibilities: - Validate the curing cycle of current products (129 PIDs) - Implement and follow-up new curing cycle qualification plan for change/adapt new process in production line - Intergration with Central Curing team and work for develop curing competence - Prepare and build the budget (Capex/Opex) and operation plan for Vietnam Validation Center (VVC) - Closely coordinate with Global Validation Center - Validate new direct/ indirect material, new compound. - Manage activities of VVC for: Test orders (produce testing product, testing plan), machine calibration, testing procedure and standard, testing sample shipment, technician qualification, machine improvement project, safety review weekly, monthly follow up. - Allocate resource and coordinate with other teams: Production, Quality, Engineering, Planing, Safety, Project, Finance, ... for quality management systems (QMS), Problem solving (level II or III), Quality issue, Customer complain, Quality audits (OEM audit, ISO certificate, Internal audit), Improvement idea (QCPC), Safety corrective action (Review Risk assessment, Near miss report, Validate and connected safety on weekly & monthly), Improvement project, Daily troubleshooting...* Personal Project:- Health and Safety Improvement Capex project at Vietnam Validation Center (VVC) 2021- Safety Improvement and Over Head Crane at VVC 2020- Safety Improvement and Acclimatized room at VVC 2019* Achievements: - Cycle time reduction (increase 25-30% efficiency) of RES 330; MAGNUM; XTREME from 75 to 50-55 minutes.- Increase the rate: rolling temperature of building green tires in spec from 70% to 98%- Pass the OEM audit and ISO certificate 14001-2015 & 9001-2015- Increase 50-60% efficiency at Vietnam Validation Center by improvement project.- Build up the Rolling Temperature Dashboard report and Bench Test Testing Results Dashboard (Products testing results) by Power BI
