Human Resource profession can be meaningful and exciting, as much as we want it to be. Having more than 20 years working experience in this field, I witnessed the evolvement of its landscape. I am glad, I belong to this evolvement. From the day-to-day operations in my early years, to the recent exposure of organizational development works, I became more appreciative about people.
