For over 17 years, I have been working at International Display Systems, Inc. (IDS), a leading provider of passenger information display systems for the mass transportation industry. As a Program Manager, I oversee the management of Amtrak's Northeast Corridor Passenger Information Display Systems (PIDS), which serve millions of travelers across the United States every year.I lead a cross-functional team of engineers, technicians, and customer service representatives who collaborate to design, install, maintain, and diagnose the PIDS at over 70 Amtrak stations and three international airports. I also drive innovation and foster collaboration among internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions that enhance the customer experience and meet the evolving needs of the industry. My passion is to apply my engineering, management, and communication skills to solve complex challenges and create value for IDS and its clients.
