As the Director of Consumer Solutions for Vietnam and Laos at Visa, I lead the strategy, development, and execution of innovative and customer-centric payment solutions that enhance the consumer experience and drive business growth. I have over 13 years of experience in the payment card industry, with a strong background in product management, business analysis, and project management.In my previous roles at Visa, I managed a team of six people to maintain the daily operation of the credit card department, participated in more than 10 important projects on developing card management systems, new card products, and card system connections, and obtained multiple certifications in product management from LinkedIn. I am passionate about leveraging my product expertise, market insights, and customer feedback to create solutions that meet the evolving needs and preferences of consumers in Vietnam and Laos.
