- Oversee the store operations and its affiliates- Deliver sale and profit targets through effective management of the store, including customer experience, colleagues, sales processes, shrinkage, stock, security, administration, costs, and health and safety- Build and maintain a motivated team by developing colleagues through training, development, and coaching- Ensure the store team delivers customer service excellence to build loyalty, attract repeat visits, and new customers- Ensure the shop is adequately stocked, clean, and neatly displayed

- Develop advertising, promotion, PR, and digital marketing plans/programs for the company’s products and services- Be responsible for implementing marketing initiatives across business units- Regularly monitor and analyze customer insights to identify potential customer behaviors and provide solutions to enhance customer service efficiency- Create content and manage the company's social media accounts and website- Conduct competitor analysis and market research of products, pricing, and promotional programs.- Coordinate with relevant departments to propose an annual marketing budget forecast

- Supervise the progress of projects from production to post-production- Create and communicate timelines to internal teams and third-party vendors, if applicable- Collaborate with clients and creatives to bring ideas to life, including developing concepts and scripts- Be responsible for facilitating a project and involved in every stage of the film program, both in the studio and on location- Advise agency stakeholders in all content production-related matters with creative and budgetary solutions for improving quality- Select and hire shooting crew and talents, as well as implement talent coaching- Manage contracts, copyrights, invoices, and budgets
