My job responsibilities included but were not limited to • Planning and coordination of smooth implementation of the project, including preparation of activity plans of 7 CFSs jointly with facilitators and psychologists and following their proper implementation on time and within the budget• Supervision of CFS facilitators and psychologists, coordination of their work through periodic meetings and daily communication• Identifying of professional development needs among the team through observations and frequent ad-hoc visits to the centers, proposing relevant capacity-building trainings; providing all the necessary organizational activities for the trainings (venue, documentation)• Conducting periodic meetings with parents to inform about center’s ongoing works, get feedback and maintain positive relations • Providing logistic assistance to the facilitators and psychologists• Ensuring procurement of necessary items for the operations of the CFSs• Preparing periodic reports • Archiving documentation in the organization’s internal system • Maintaining relations with stakeholders (i.e. local authorities)

My job responsibilities included• Helping designing questionnaires • Harvesting both qualitative and quantitative data by participating in conducting surveys such as post-distribution monitoring, gender analysis, situation analysis, observations, FGDs, KIIs• Analyzing harvested data, putting it in infographics, preparing draft reports • Visiting humanitarian assistance distribution sites ensuring community feedback response mechanism’s effective work • Identifying M&E capacity development needs of staff and providing training to address the needs (if relevant)

• Through day-to-day planning, organization, follow up and implementation ensured the project’s outcomes/outputs are achieved in 20 rural communities of Sisian region (South Armenia); • Helped Sponsorship Coordinator fulfill the project’s operational requirements within deadlines by supervising the community mobilizers’ work in communities;• Organized logistics of community mobilizers’ visits to the project communities;• Translated correspondence between 1100 Armenian children and their UK sponsors from Armenian into English and vice versa; • Facilitated capacity-building trainings for community mobilizers; • Conducted and facilitated thematic trainings for vulnerable children within defined budgets;• Jointly with Sponsorship Coordinator and partners discussed and developed thematic activities' and events' plans to ensure the beneficiary children’s participation in them. • Processed information on registered children’s health and education status provided by community mobilizers through child monitoring tool. Inserted data into Horizon system. Reported any detected issues or family violence cases to Child Protection project colleagues and Sponsorship Coordinator. Helped organize workshops with Child Protection network representatives to discuss identified cases;• Helped organize workshops and focus-group discussions with kindergartens, schools, outpatient care centers to identify community-based service gaps and helped address them by allocating sponsor donations. Ensured that the venue, equipment and necessary materials are ready for meetings;• Maintained communication with partner projects;• Maintained files and documentation;• As a Marketing focal person helped organize charity campaigns by approaching and engaging local businesses;• As PR and Communication point person in Sisian illustrated the implemented projects in the area on Social Media
