Responsibility for the effective and high quality delivery of the Grief Encounter therapeutic service, including online services. Implementing and developing therapeutic projects, service planning and staff/contractor development. Liaise with Grief Encounter therapists, supervisors, families, schools and other organization's in relation to our therapeutic service. This includes carrying out assessments with families, supporting practitioners with complex cases in liaison with supervisors and delivering training. Part of the Safeguarding team, responsibility for ensuring appropriate safeguarding policies and guidance are being adhered to across all services, responding to safeguarding concerns and ensuring practitioners understand their safeguarding responsibilities.. Ensure the efficient and appropriate management of referral pathways.

To be responsible for high quality provision of Mind in Harrow’s services to local community with mental health problems through:• Line-management and supervision of staff• Ensuring professional development of staff, including peer workers and volunteers• Service and project management & development and strategic development organisational priorities• Networking & external representation

IAPT Step 2 Manager (Harrow Talking Therapies)· Provide quick and easy access to psychological therapies for common mental health problems.· Implement the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) guidelines for people suffering from depression and/or anxiety disorders.· Provide clinical/case management supervision to PWP’s from the Step 2 team.
