Monitoring: To Conduct regular visits to project sites to carry out process monitoring as well as gather feedback from the beneficiary community about the implemented projects and submit a detail report about the activities. To Develop systematic monitoring plans that capture quantitative and qualitative data on programme and project performance indicators. To facilitate the planning process for effective implementation of programme and project activities. To support in developing Annual plan and budgeting in collaboration with other sectors. To develop standard formats & questionnaires (For Internal & External Use). To produce monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports and submitted to donor.  To consolidated Monitoring and Evaluation reports on monthly & quarterly and submitted to management.Evaluation: Compare planned achievement with the actual achievements at agreed programme milestones assess outputs in relation to the inputs, results in relation to the cost, the overall relevance of the programme, the impact and sustainability of the programme.  Design and implement Mid Term and End Term evaluation studies with reports Facilitate external evaluations.Research: To design Research tools and key performance indicators.  To design, undertake and document Baseline and Situation Analysis Surveys.  To undertake the socio economic, poverty targeting, process reviews and impact assessment studies from larger to shorter scale.
