HR Professional with about 10 (ten) years of progressive experience in HR Project Management, People Operations, Total Rewards, HR Transformation and People Analytics in various industries. As functional expert, primarily responsible for design, support, partner and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure service delivery that optimizes business results and contributes to a rich employee experience. Identify trends and/or opportunities for process improvements and participate in planning and implementation of strategic HR initiatives for the business across geographies. Continuous improvement and simplification of the existing processes, systems & templates and drive automation to deliver value across HR teams & functional units.In my current role, I am responsible to lead Global Employee Data & HR Projects for employees spread across geographies and collaborate across all areas of HR & business to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of high priority and complex HR projects. In the past, as People Operations Manager, I have also managed Total Rewards, Comp & Ben Benchmarking, Job Evaluation, Performance Assessment Cycle including calibration and data normalization for performance ratings, merit hike, target linked bonus and LTI's, measuring external competitiveness & build internal equity.
