Worked as Scientist/Engineer at Gov. of India Space Applications Centre (SAC) of Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) in design and development of circuits and subsystems of receivers with MIC and MMIC (130nm mHEMT) realization for satellite communication payloads.Worked on millimeter wave circuit and system design in 45nm RFSOI CMOS, 22nm FDSOI, 130nm SiGe BiCMOS, 250nm InP DHBT, 130nm GaAs mHEMT technologies. Experience in IC design tools, IC layout design techniques, and high-frequency verification methodologies.

The record still keeps them and now they have taken the step out of the lab into reality.Since last winter there are two anonymous antennas on each other at Ericsson at Lindholmen in Gothenburg. They send and receive data via radio link at an impressive rate: 5 Gbit / s, which is 50 times more than most of us have via fiber thread. And it's 200 meters between the houses.
