- Establishing research frameworks to gather and test user-focused solutions in collaboration with clients continuously.- Setting up and conducting user interviews, usability tests, and other research methodologies to inform product development.- Building and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of customer behaviors and insights to guide strategic decisions.- Educating and empowering the product team to conduct independent research activities like usability tests and interviews.- Developing and refining internal procedures for improved efficiency and research quality.

- Conducting research to guide product and design decisions across different areas.- Leading the UX Benchmarking project that aims to continuously gauge the effectiveness, efficiency, and ease of use of the product,- Collaborating with teams to shape the product roadmap and speed up decision-making using UX research- Using research methods to improve the Enterprise module experience,- Onboarding and training junior researchers to align with organizational goals and objectives- Partnering with Product Designers to support the planning, execution, and analysis of tactical usability studies, both with customers and with internal subject matter experts, including scheduling, hardware and software,- Working with internal recruitment channels, identifying recruiting requirements, writing screeners, and working closely with recruiting partners across various departments to obtain appropriate users for usability studies. - Contributing to processes for integrating research into Product and Design decisions, and how UX research interacts with Product Design, Product Management, Service Design, and other teams.

- Managing and moderating the official website of the EU Delegation to Armenia - Covering all events organized by the Delegation through articles in English and Armenian- Ensuring technical maintenance and content updates for the website
