As a Qualified Company Secretary, I pride myself on consistency and result-oriented approach.During my 2 years of articleship, I gained hands-on experience working with critical retainer clients, managing their secretarial and legal operations, including secretarial audits, due diligence, rights issue, preparing for and conducting AGMs and BMs, compliance with ROC and RBI and liaising with regulators.Currently pursuing my 3-year LLB at Symbiosis Law School, Pune, I am kickstarting my legal career with a commitment to continuous learning and impactful contributions.
