Characterization of strain In(1)BM2 (reinerted) of Drosophila melanogaster.I have conducted experiments on Temperature-induced alteration of the polytene X chromosome structure in male larvae.I have experience in maintenance of Drosophila cultures, polytene chromosome preparation, RT-PCR.3. “Characterization of Plant Defensive Proteins and Testing Their Efficacy on Helicoverpa armigera for Plant Protection” from Division of Biochemical Sciences, National Chemical Laboratory, Pune, during September2011- April 12. In this work the two plant defensive proteins rCanPI-7 and Cry1EC were isolated, purified and characterized and efficacy of rCanPI-7 was studied by both In-vitro and In-vivo, on Helicoverpa armigera. The result shows the decrease in growth of Helicoverpa armigera.4. “Antimicrobial Effect of Commercial Mouthwashes on Staphylococcus epidermidis and Lactobacillus acidophilus An In-vitro study” at Spicer Memorial College, Pune during October 2008-April 2009. In this study, the effects of three different commercially available mouthwashes were studied on two oral bacteria.
