- Various e-forms with the MCA like Annual Return, Balance Sheet and other ROC compliances- FC-GPR under FEMA- Liaison with Government departments and regulatory like Registrar of Newspaper of India for obtaining necessary sanctions and ensuring compliance with various statutory obligations.- Conduct Secretarial due diligence of the Companies- Ensure proper compliance of Related Party Transactions- Drafted Notices, Director Report, Resolutions & minutes of meeting of Directors and Shareholders - Convening and conducting of meetings of Board of Directors and Shareholders’ Meetings- Prepared all statutory Records and Registers as required under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013- Ensured that minutes of all shareholders meetings, board meetings and the meetings of any committees of the directors are properly recorded in accordance with the Company Act, 2013 and Secretarial Standards- Incorporation of Companies under Company Act, 2013- Transfer of shares under Companies Act, 2013- Drafting & vetting of Director Service agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Lease Agreements, consent letters, affidavits, Partnership Deed etc. - Assist Senior Counsel in the preparation of legal notices, evidences, written statements etc.- Compliances reporting under various laws like corporate laws, Taxation laws from the respective departments.
