• Routine visits to all hospitals. • Assisting doctors during Surgery in OT.• Corrective maintenance of equipment under specified departments.• Updating end users and generating feedback about the maintenance.• Liaising with vendors for intended services and spares.• Minimizing downtime of the equipment under high priority maintenance.• Performing planned preventive maintenance of bio medical equipment and updating the Corresponding files.• Responsible for managing resources and bringing in effective resource utilization.• Responsible for account management of the Medical center.• Responsible for reporting faults detected in the High End MRI machinery and to work as a base engineer in communicating the faults to company’s service engineer.• Proposed effective client solution on spontaneous client issues.• Assisted in briefing the technical aspects of demonstrations, installations, operations of High End Biomedical Equipments to the staff and the diagnostic procedures to the patients by using effective communication skills.
