As a part of the Program Delivery Core team, the major area of responsibility includes designing, planning and managing Vedantu 6-8 large class program with a data driven approach, along with supervising content-related aspects and facilitating and closely mentoring the community of 100+ teachers.

A volunteering community forum created in a form of a community center to provide the children of age 10-16, from a low income background to provide academic & social-emotional mentorship with the vision of ensuring their development and growth over the years and bring them back into the mainstream education system as they have opted out of the same during pandemic.

Supported closely in program execution majorly as a content curator and teacher for 6th-8th grade students from a socio-economically unprivileged community, in Mumbai.

Worked on Implementing the School Leadership Development Program in 6 schools of Dholka Ahmedabad, under Development Impact Bond, with 6 H.Ms, 38+ teachers, 5 CRCs and BRC aimed at working on the leadership skills of the headmasters and teachers to ensure the quality of education. -Library & Assembly : Set up 5 Libraries with designed strategic framework aligning with the central Education policies and guideline frameworks; made detailed art integrated curriculum around Library and implemented in 5 schools in collaboration with 5 Principals, 38+ teachers, 4 CRCs; ensured effective functionality of Library benefiting 800+ children. Conducted project 'Arambh' to build functional lower primary library. Made assembly a more utilized and inclusive platform for students to engage with by designing and regularizing several child centric activities (puppetry, story review etc.)-Balsansad: Conducted democratic elections of Balsansad with Mobile EVM in 5 Schools. Appointed In-charges and supported them in conduction of leadership capacity building workshops and regularization of processes enhancing leadership skills of 112+ children-Classroom immersion and TIPPS: Classroom interventions to promote activity based learning enhancing pedagogic understanding of teachers to ensure effective learning. Achieved 590% increased SLO under Development Impact Bond-Projects : Successfully designed and managed 5 full fledged projects around Social Emotional Learning, Students' aspiration Counseling, Female community artists, lower primary Library and accelerated learning campaign for the lagging behind. By developing a thorough understanding of Design Thinking approach conducted research, formulated problem statements and designed solutions/prototypes,delivering with multiple stakeholders. Collaboratively executed projects like child safety, online networking platform.-Represented the organization in 4 international donor visits my pitching and communicating with the donors.
