Client: USS (Universities Superannuation Scheme) (April 2024 to till date)- Test LeadResponsible for Functional Regression testing of different Pension applications and websites as part of an infrastructure upgrade of the system. • Ensuring the upgrade patch applied to the system has not impacted on the current functionalities of the existing system integrations. • Coordinating with different teams and stakeholders for smooth execution, defect management and providing the deliverables and Test execution daily status reports on time.

Client: DEFRA (Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs) -Test LeadResponsible for functional System testing of Defra Power Apps Application project (Asset Information Management System: Programme Delivery) and Business process testing of the enhancements and customizations. • Ensured the enhancements applied to the Application process are as per the business requirement commencing all testing activities and highlighted missing customizations to the Dev team and tested end to end process flows to ensure the system works as expected with no defects and fault free. • Coordinated well with different teams and stake holders for smooth execution and Test readiness for UAT on time.

Client: Hargreaves Lansdown - Test LeadResponsible for the SIT and UAT activities and deliverables for IVR testing via phone calls using Amazon Connect and the CRM agent portals for a major Agile Transformation project. • Managed multiple projects and business stakeholders in preparing test activities, as a result RPA was delivered into production with the correct governance/approvals in place. Extensively tested the Amazon Connect application and integration with the CRM agent portal, suggesting enhanced solutions and new functionalities to be embedded in the software for better usability of the application and increased customer satisfaction. • Raised several critical bugs and was instrumental in the triage process which helped to improve quality.

I was responsible for development of SAP objects (Custom transactions/screens) in PM module and involved in complete unit testing and end to end SIT testing using HP ALM.

I was responsible for  designing Technical spec from functional spec, debugging the defects, doing the development of the SAP objects in SD, MM and PP modules and involved in complete unit testing, integration/regression testing of the objects and providing estimation for the complete process.
