- Serves as HHSC IT Applications OIG Systems project manager to conduct complex project management tasks involving research, analysis, planning, development and implementation activities; coordinating the planning and initiation of projects throughout the project lifecycle; monitoring the progress and schedule of projects; and communicating with project stakeholders, management, and other relevant parties.- Develops and manages projects, facilitates and participates in cross-program and multi-agency workgroups, setting goals and objectives and providing work products. Works with staff and other stakeholders to identify risks/issues and develop mitigation strategies. Monitors and manages project quality to ensure project deliverables are acceptable and fulfill the terms of the project specifications- Prepares high quality written project reports, project status updates, summaries, project budget expenditures, and other documents as assigned or as needed. Oversees, and evaluates projects using accepted project management methodologies and initiates projects, obtains authorization and commitments.- Develops and/or reviews complex system documents or artifacts to convey business requirements and support efficient system design, such as business rules, business requirements, mock-ups, diagrams, flowcharts, technical specification documents, system design documents, test plans, risk management plans, quality management plans, and/or technical specifications.- Identifies potential project risks and difficulties and designs strategies to mitigate or avoid them.- Provides instruction, guidance, or training to staff for all projects supervised; including the applications or systems developed during the project lifecycle.

 Performs complex business analysis work.  Work involves coordinating, gathering and documentation of business requirements.  Involves providing training on projects and business processes.  Developing and testing use cases, validating and analyzing existing functionality, enhancements and defects.  Provide technical input on project documents. Communicate business processes and workflow diagrams.  Facilitate project management meetings, prioritizing team projects, preparing and analyzing reports to track project performance.

 Lead team and work as Bloomberg’s point of contact. Plan and execute workflow for the team. Ensure quality performance of team and provide performance reports to Bloomberg. Work on Client request, maintain and enhance existing Bloomberg database using their application. Testing of Bloomberg software application. Provide test plan, test cases and bug reports.  Data Analysis – Assist in identifying data quality problems and in determining options for how they can be handled. Update, process and upload time sensitive financial data on Bloomberg terminal. Requirement gathering, consolidate and document all internal & external user’s requirements and communicate them to the rest of the application development team. Creating Business rules, UML Design/ Flowchart, Use Cases to enhance Bloomberg applications

Thus generated more business from existing and new clients, understand their requirement for inbound and outbound cargo, sending quotations for their requirement and giving them the best service available with FSL Sent leads to counterpart giving them the consignee details to get the business nominated. Sent quotations to agent for LCL rate, FCL rates and Air freight Rate, following -up for the business for which the rate was provided. Uploaded status of the cargo and attached Post shipment documents (INV, PL, HB/L, M B/L, fumigation certificate) in booking package(FSL SOFTWARE), which enables the customer to know the current status of the cargo on FSL website Prepared weekly and monthly reports to support MIS  Preparing Invoices and following up for outstanding payments Account Manager for GE and Umbra Shipments Ex-India (Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai & Bangalore): Job involved vendor coordination for cargo status, cargo custom clearance, monitoring stuffing and onboard status of the cargo, providing weekly report and post shipment documents to 3PL.
