Purpose of the process is to working for an Asset Servicing department of client (Custodian Bank) for validation and research on announced Mandatory Corporate Action events which includes Cash Dividend, Special Cash Dividend, ADR Dividend, GDR Dividend, Close ended Fund Distribution and Return of Capital.

Fund Accounting & reconciliation: Purpose of the process is daily fund accounting for (State Street Corporation) international/domestic Mutual funds to keep a track of all in and out activities for the funds (Cash Availability, Process and Settle Trades, Monitor Income, Expenses posting Monitor, Corporate Actions, Accounting and NAV Calculation) which helps to find out total net assets value of fund, the calculated NAV is then published to NASDAQ.
