Have to ensure that the accuracy and the timelines are met to the extent of 100%. Having the control functions in place for risk management. Ensuring the KPI/SLAs are met on time and channelling the team to achieve the same. Reviewing the monthly NAV reports -NAV Roll forward, Cost Roll forward, NAV Impact, Pnl review, investor statements, NAV are accurate and timely sent to the onshore. Managing team of twelve members.
