- Configuration and solution design for 3rd Party customers.- Supply specialised knowledge and advice pertaining to warehousing and fulfilment, including equipment, operational process and design.- Influence the planning and scheduling of logistic related client implementations and work, with stakeholders to ensure priorities are established.- Lead with the WMS migrations & the implementation of new and existing customers at Schenker Australia & New Zealand facilities.- Test and implement new solutions into the relevant systems and facilities.- Provide support and training to the operational staff to maintain and conduct 3rd party client services in accordance with contractual and service level agreements.- Act as a business gateway between the warehouse operations and the internal and external IT support groups within Schenker.- Supervise and conduct specialised project work and recommend quality improvements to the operations through solution development initiatives.- Analyse operational and system solutions for clients and facilities throughout Australia & New Zealand.- Continuously improve on existing processes and create automations to improve operational efficiency and improve customer outcomes.- Collaborate with internal IT, Operations, Transport teams and client to develop, test and implement saleable and cost-effective solutions for warehouse management.- Assist IT support team with service tickets raised by operational staff for live customers.- Produce accurate periodic reports and interactive dashboards concerning operational activities to assist inbound and outbound billing teams.- Create documentation regarding business requirements for new projects, system requirements, system configuration guides, operational SOPs and Work Instructions.- Provide support and training to operational staff for new processes during hypercare periods.
