During my internship, I gained valuable experience in the recruitment process and contributed theoretical knowledge to the same. I assisted in sourcing potential candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and coordinating interviews. I also learned how to use an applicant tracking system and maintained a tracker of candidates' records. I have developed strong communication and organizational skills. This internship provided me with a practical understanding of the importance of finding the right talent to meet the needs of the organization.
