Glad and humbled to be heading the product org at Exxat, a SaaS product category leader that provides comprehensive & integrated solutions for Healthcare Education management in the United States. Exxat is in it's 10-100 journey and I am responsible for bringing in innovation & product led growth culture to create greater value for Exxat's customers, increase market penetration, and create more TAM expansion opportunities. Prior to Exxat, I was again fortunate to have worked with HighRadius, a global category leader for 10+ years. I started as a product manager and grew over the ranks to head the Autonomous Horizontal Product Business Unit(PBU) that delivered upon Autonomous User Experience, AI driven product automation, Analytics, low code RPA framework, RPA bots and several other platform initiatives. I led a team of product managers, software developers, data scientists, technical writers, product operations, product learning & development, value consultants that have delivered and scaled products across 0-1, 1-10 and 10-100 journeys. Additionally, I built India’s first of its kinds internship program that provides 1 year of full time real work opportunities for interns; enabling HighRadius to pick the best talent & drive productive business outcomes from interns(equivalent of 300+ Full timer engineers). To drive this outcome, I did the set up of the HighRadius office at Bhubaneswar and also played the role of a site leader; leading a team of general administrative professionals(University Relations, Facilities Administration, IT/ Tech support, Corporate Social Responsibility).A little bit about the artistic side that keeps me sane and balanced: Sings semi-classical, Paints abstracts arts, Crafts gifts and cards, Writes poems and articles, and Loves cooking.
