This resulted in better vendor management (onshore and offshore), identifying blockers and meeting key timelines in a constrained budget environment to meet the minimum viable product specification.- Utilised planning tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Project to assist in running daily scrums , stakeholder meetings, scheduling, risk management and effective sprint planning.- Managed the Operational Readiness Checklist (ORC) items whilst IT Domain Specialist was on leave.This included acquiring and submitting all artefacts via the portals that were required for 'Approval To Operate' to relevant SME's, Security teams and the head ORC team for final review. - Worked with SME to draft and revise the IT architecture in the SAD (system architectural document) for Telstra's payphone upgrade project, using Visio. - Reviewed/drafted user documentation using Telstra's standard corporate guidelines.
