• Sourcing the candidates resume from various job portals according to client requirement.• Recruitment of top level position.• Preparing Job Description of various positions.• Interviewing, Performance Management, Compensation Management, Training & Coordination.• Screening the resume & Conducting Telephonic Interview.• Conducting Face to face primary Interviews & Briefing the job Profile to Candidate.• Line ups shortlisted Candidates for second & Final round of Interview with Client.• Preparation of Various Reports & Reporting to HR Manager for Evaluation.• Taking Follow ups with Clients as well as Candidates for end to end Recruitment.• Ensuring right candidate on right place at right time with min cost.• Working in a Team & Take care of all those who associated with me.• Recruitment Analysis, Attrition Analysis & Reference Checking of Candidates.• Salary Negotiation for necessary candidates.• Grievance handling of the employees (on site and on job).• Maintaining attendance and leave record of the employees.Joining formalities and documentation:• Handling joining formalities of new recruits.• Making Salary Breakups.• Collecting all the necessary documents and verify them.• Conduct reference check of new recruits if required.• Create Personnel files of each and every new recruit for record maintenance.• Prepare and dispatch appointment letters to the new recruits of mentioned regions.Employee Engagement:• Planning, organizing and executing fun activities and competitions once in month taking management into confidence.• Organizing small games within and amongst different departments to create a healthy work environment.• Responsible for providing inputs for designing of employee engagement initiatives and facilitates line management to implement them in localized manner. Conducting Indoor games, monthly birthday celebration of employees, celebrating major festivals, All Team Meet, sports, woman’s day celebration, etc.
