I head external relations for the executive Education Vertical at IMT Ghaziabad. Under the umbrella are the following programmes- Career Advisory ServicesCareer Coaching to reach life goalsPGDM Executive -15months full time course open to those with a minimum of 5 years of work experience. For this programme, i manage industry connect and placements. PGPM Part time PGDM course run over 2.5 years -alternate weekend format. For this programme i get involved at the admissions stage and also help connect with industry to popularise the programme and also get company candidates under the continuing education policy of organisations. MDP- customised management /functional development programmes run over 2-30days or on modular format. My role includes bring leads or converting those provided by my organisation. I work with my colleagues to provide solutions to organisations based on their identified training needs. End to end customer management is also part of my role. Have been instrumental in lead generation and have also with my team members been able to convert large customers for training. These have been at a day rate higher than that achieved by the division before. Also the contracts of these customers were for 1 year and more and have had repeat orders on the same.

External Relations requires me to integrate the PGDM - 2year full time MBA program with the industry for various initiatives. These include-1. Internships, 2. Placements, 3. Guest Lecture's4. Competitions 5. Leadership Series and any other form of engagement with a Corporate.6. Career Advisory Services and career coaching to studentsIn touch with over 300 organisations for translating the same.
