• Responsible for generation and dissemination of contracts and offer letters for hires in the entire APAC region such as new hires, internal transfer, contractor conversion etc.
• Responsible for onboarding of hires in the entire APAC region.
• Creating and Maintaining P-Files in Workday.
• Managing internal stakeholder (Recruiters) expectations.
• Liaising with hires on different queries.
