Conducted extensive Root Cause Analyses (RCA) of failing pressure regulators. Developed solution to increase yield by 12%. Created test automation for pressure regulators, valves. Designed and implemented new alignment markers and fixtures for more efficient assembly. FMEA for new on-board pressure regulator for natural gas vehicles.

Strategized with company clients (Airbnb, GoPro) in improving and tackling workplace challenges. Lead design thinking workshops, and implemented new workplace practices.

Headed a human-centered design project based in East Palo Alto. Developed visual education tools for high school students in East Palo Alto using AutoCAD, manufacturing (milling, welding, hydraulic press-fitting), and coding languages (JavaScript, HTML). Product-testing through user interviews, feedback, and observation.

Designed and implemented studies assessing doctor/patient relationships, health mindsets, at the Social Psychological Answers to Real-world Questions (SPARQ) Lab. Developed skin-prick test methodology for evaluating placebo effect. Data analysis in SPSS, R.

Presented at the 12th World Congress of Bioethics. Conducted research and wrote a working paper regarding International Stem Cell Research and Law alongside Dr. Chamu Kuppuswamy.

Analyzed and vetted legal documents and contracts. Compiled lists of stipulations and created a central digital database to organize information efficiently.

Conducted official interviews with inmates. Acted as defendant advisor in arraignment court (provided bail recommendations to standing judge). Organized and kept track of case files and dockets as an associate in Municipal Court.
