Responsible for 220+ employees at DDB Mudra West and Interbrand.My primary responsibility is partnering the senior EXCO and Business Heads to aid with their business needs, w.r.t. Employee Performance Management, Attrition Control, Budgeting & Reporting, Employee Engagement, and Preserving Organisational Culture.INITIATIVES & ACHIEVEMENTS:DIVERSITY & INCLUSION: Part of the team that pushed for more diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Organised seminars and talks by LGBT icons & activists to help employees be more sensitive in dealing with these topics.CORPORATE GIFTING: Revamped the internal corporate gifting policy on a pro-active basis to make it more meaningful. Teamed-up with Together Foundation, an NGO that works with autistic youngsters and makes chocolate gift hampers. This initiative was highly appreciated by all, and resulted in cost-saving as well.WON the Campaign Asia Pacific Talent Management Team Award twice during my tenure, in 2015 and 2016.Implemented processes which resulted in us getting the ISO certification.

I was responsible for talent acquisition, quality of talent inflow and meeting annual headcount targets. I worked closely with the senior EXCO leadership team to plan all manpower requirement. I supervised all new-employee induction procedures, as well as probation assessment and separation formalities, including exit-interviews, maintained and updated the employee database and departmental organograms.I also partnered business heads in climate surveys and employee polls, post which I analysed results and drove initiatives based on these findings.Other responsibilities were managing training with the L&D team, handling the annual Performance Appraisal Process, Increments and Promotions, and making salary revision recommendations to the top management.I organised training & devlopment initiatives, capturing the training needs of the employees and providing them with the right training through internal and external sources, and conducted various employee engagement programs.

I handled talent and manpower requirements for four channels – UTV Movies, UTV Action, UTV Bindass & UTV World Movies.
