It is always exciting to get to know each other.Speaking about myself,having moved to Sydney in 2017, I would consider myself as first-generation immigrant to Australia, prior to this I spent my 7 years in Dubai and absolutely loved it.Being born in Mumbai, India a very multicultural fast paced city helped me understand different people and languages and see their perspective about life. I grew up to be a travel bug with my majors in hospitality added wings to my dream.Having worked in that segment at the beginning of my career made a huge impact on my personality as I was able to meet & interact with a global crowd. Later I choose to move into Project management and decided to see the world from engineering point of view which was fast paced and high-pressure environment, another venture that gave me opportunity to work with global talents from Universal Studios, Walt Disney Engineering, Legoland, Motiongate just to name a few.Currently I am fascinated with the Tech world and have ventured into the HR & Corporate support space supporting the Leadership team. My passion lies in supporting project teams with a focus on staff wellbeing to ensure each member of the team can deliver the best quality of service to the client and contribute towards the collective project success. A strong believer in the value of building and maintaining relationships at all levels within an organization I bring a strong focus on customer satisfaction in my approach to work.Timely communicating ideas, statuses, risks and road blocks to the right audience has helped me in successfully supporting the PMOs.When I'm not at work or in denial about having a social life, I'm at home mothering my favourite little munchkin who came in my life in Jan 2022 and has helped me to really understand my purpose.
