Passionate about environmental sustainability and social impact, I am a Co-Founder and the CEO of econscious®. Over the past three years, I have been instrumental in driving our mission to collect and up-cycle post-consumer plastic waste into utility and decor products. Through our efforts, we have successfully recycled more than 300,000 kg of plastic waste, while also creating employment opportunities for over 20 individuals.I hold an M.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra and prior to founding econscious®, I gained valuable experience as an Internship Trainee at STMicroelectronics. Recognized for my contributions, I was featured as one of the 75 womenpreneurs of India by Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog in October 2022. I have completed one year of incubation from NSRCEL, IIMB under Women Startup Program, Selected as winner by UNDP's YouthCo:Lab 2023 and recently our startup was selected as top startup by NSA 2023.I am passionate about making a positive impact through innovation and sustainability, and I look forward to connecting with like-minded professionals and exploring opportunities to create a better future.
