WEST LINCOLN MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, GRIMSBY, ON• Develop and manage the BIM Execution Plan communicating the project workflows, stakeholder responsibilities, dataflow, and naming conventions adhering to the Project BIM requirements. • Establish the LOD (Level of Development) Matrix for the design and construction phases of the project by discipline and sub category. • Set up the data exchange integrations between BIM 360, Navisworks and with Autodesk construction cloud (ACC) for Clash detection.• Implemented a Model health check dashboard using Revit and Revit Interoperability tools for the upkeep and management.2. MacDonald Block Reconstruction • Coordination/review using Navisworks, BIM 360 Glue, and BIM Track to federate, coordinate, clash detect, and produce reports. • Train project staff and sub-trades to interact with and leverage the Primary BIM software and live coordination model as a tool on the project for the project team to measure and mitigate risk while making efficient decisions throughout all project roles and capacities.• Using raw laser scanning data and creating point clouds which are made into 3D models to facilitate Project Visualization. Create heatmaps to capture deviations between as-builds models and existing conditions. • Defining the BIM Execution Plan and monitoring the fulfillment of the plan throughout the project.2.
