 Coordinate for new product introduction. Participate in pre Global Release Approval Engineering Change review meeting with Cross Functional Team& understand the change in product. Bill of material audit with reference of manufacturing BOM. To circulate the audit report to concern dept. for further correction if any. To ensure the correction done on time if any error in BOM. Prepare weekly and monthly MIS report. Drive the correction activity if any E-BOM , M-BOM ,SOE or line practice. Liaising master schedulers for the audit planning. Part communization. Conducting daily 2 meetings regarding production, loss time, quality status etc. as per shift wise. Daily follow up with Store dept., maintenance dept. & other depts.. Monitoring of 5’S & TPM activities in shop that stimulate production activity Handling Manpower in job shop. project implementation work, Materials Management. Support to modification & development of material handling tools & equipment’s. Hands in completion of projects like Modification of the trolleys, skids, pallets, developing cost saving project through scrap etc. Working in SAP based environment and MS excel for daily activities. Co-ordination to Implement Suggestion Scheme & Continuous Improvement (CI) in the field of in the field of Quality, Safety, Delivery, Waste Elimination, Cost reduction, Ergonomics.
