I am a management graduate from IIM Udaipur. My post MBA work experience of 6+ years spans across food service, retail and e-commerce industry in marketing roles largely focused on product launches, branding and promotion.I worked with VKL seasonings as a marketing manager in the food service ( HoReCa) division wherein I worked on NPDs, brand awareness initiatives and scaled the seasonings and beverages business.As the product marketing manager in the private brands team at Reliance Retail, I managed snacks, processed foods and cold beverages portfolio and led the initial brand transition from private brands to consumer brands in terms of reach and focus from modern trade to digital commerce and GT. I lead the brand 'Snactac' driving the revenue of the brand to INR 50 CR within 2 years of launch.At Flipkart, I managed the private label (Miss & Chief) and licensed brand portfolio (Toys R Us) driving the awareness and consideration and established a strong brand identity for the brands along with managing the P&L.In my last role at Dropshop, lead the Snacks and beverage category and built a unique portfolio of brands of Bharat for the rural Indian consumers.Currently, I am working as an independent strategic consultant specializing in brand and marketing, focused on enhancing marketing strategies within the wealth-tech sector. Alongside this, I work as a freelance yoga instructor and am training to become a functional nutritionist, integrating holistic wellness into my practice to guide busy professionals.
